Ankesh Kedari Healing - By visiting this website or purchasing/booking our 1-on-1 Personal Healing Sessions, you explicitly consent and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our website and services immediately.

General Terms:

This website is owned and operated by Ankesh Kedari Healing. We reserve the absolute right to change, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms become effective immediately upon being posted on the website.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All content, text, designs, graphics, materials, and methodologies displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Ankesh Kedari Healing and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, duplicating, selling, publishing, or exploiting any material from this site for commercial purposes. Content may only be accessed for your personal, non-commercial use.

Medical & Healing Disclaimer (Critical Legal Notice):

Ankesh Kedari is a Holistic Healing Coach; he is NOT a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or certified healthcare provider. The services, guidance, and healing insights offered through our 1-on-1 sessions are intended solely for subconscious rewriting and inner energetic alignment. Our services do not constitute, and should never replace, professional medical diagnosis, treatment, advice, or psychiatric care. If you are currently undergoing any medical or psychiatric treatment, or taking prescribed medication, you are strongly advised never to discontinue or alter your medical treatments without consulting your qualified healthcare provider first.

No Guarantees:

We do not make any claims, promises, guarantees, or assurances regarding specific outcomes, cures, or 100% results. Healing experiences and progress vary significantly from person to person, depending entirely on an individual's willpower, belief, and consistency of practice.

Purchases, Online Commerce & Billing:

All bookings for our personal packages must be paid for in full through our authorized online payment gateways. If you opt for an approved Payment Plan (Installments), you are legally obligated to clear every installment on the specified due dates. Once the personal sessions commence, the payment plan cannot be canceled mid-way. Failure to pay installments on time will result in the immediate suspension of your sessions.

Chargeback Abuse:

Any attempt by a client to falsely claim a chargeback through their bank after receiving our personal sessions will be strongly contested. We maintain robust records of session attendance and work delivery to protect our business against fraudulent payment disputes.

Refund Policy Integration:

All refund requests are strictly governed by our official Refund Policy. Any eligible claim must be filed within 30 days after the completion of your 1-month package duration; requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Termination of Service:

We reserve the absolute right to terminate or cancel a client’s session package immediately, without any prior notice and without any liability for a refund, if the client engages in abusive behavior, uses foul language, acts disrespectfully, or violates any terms outlined in this agreement.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Maharashtra, India.
